Apex Systems strictly follows legal software practices:
We install 100% genuine and licensed software only.
We do not install pirated or illegal software.
Customers must provide their own valid software license for installation.
We may install open-source software or official trial versions when legally permitted.
5. Customer Approval for Repairs
All repair procedures are conducted only after customer approval.
No component will be removed, replaced, or modified without prior customer consent.
Customers are advised to note down the device serial number and configuration before submitting the device for repair.
Apex Systems will not be responsible for disputes arising due to incomplete device information provided by the customer.
6. Customer Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for the data stored on their devices.
Apex Systems does not access, copy, or back up customer data without permission.
Customers must take a complete data backup before submitting the device for repair.
The company will not be responsible for data loss, corruption, or data recovery issues during the repair process.
7. Data Recovery Policy
If a data recovery service is performed:
Any recovered data temporarily stored on our systems will be deleted in the presence of the customer after service completion.
Apex Systems will not be responsible for data leakage or damage caused by prior handling by another vendor.
Customers must inform us in advance if the device or storage media has been previously handled by another technician.
8. Data Access Policy
Our technicians may access system data only with the customer’s explicit consent.
Customers must ensure that all necessary data backups are completed before repair. Apex Systems will not be liable for data infringement, data loss, or software malfunction during service.
9. Service Charges
Service charges listed on the website are for service labor only.
These charges do not include:
Spare parts
Replacement components
Warranty coverage
Consumables

10. Risk Approval During Diagnosis

11. Parts & Material Authorization
Apex Systems uses tested, genuine, or high-quality compatible parts with applicable warranty or return policies wherever available.
12. Product Warranty & Return Policy
If a customer purchases spare parts or replacement components from Apex Systems:
Warranty coverage will follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Replacement parts do not include onsite warranty service.
Customers must visit the service center for warranty claims.
Replacement processing time depends on manufacturer availability and shipping timelines.
For example:
Hard drive replacements (e.g., Western Digital, Seagate) must be processed directly through the manufacturer's official support channel.
Apex Systems will not be responsible for:
Data loss
Operating system installation
Software installation after replacement
These services may be provided separately on a chargeable basis.
13. Software Policy
Apex Systems strictly supports legal and licensed software installation only. Unauthorized or pirated software will not be installed under any circumstances.
14. Invoice Policy
Customers must provide a valid invoice or purchase proof when requesting warranty replacement services.
All warranty claims will follow the manufacturer’s official warranty policies and conditions.
15. Jurisdiction Policy
All legal disputes, claims, or service-related matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts, India only.
16. Staff Responsibility Policy
Any miscommunication, misinformation, or misunderstanding caused by individual sales or service staff members will be addressed internally. However, such actions do not represent official company policy unless formally approved by management.
